Financial Services Administrator

Our client has been providing fully independent advice on pensions, investments, tax and wealth management for individuals and businesses for over 50 years’.  Due to the continued growth of the business they are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their busy team at their Harrogate offices.

Requirements
At least two years’ experience, working for an IFA firm

Duties
Experienced in obtaining quotes, dealing, client contact.
Liaising with Providers
Providing support to Advisers and Paraplanners
Experience with Xplan an advantage
Processing and monitoring new business
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Office based
Full time preferred but part time considered

Salary dependant on experience (£32,000 to £36,000)
Working week is Mon-Fri, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm 
27 days’ holiday per annum, plus statutory holidays
